Well it looks like George Washington and the American Eagle emblem but I don't think it's a coin.
Some kind of strange jewellery piece?

I've just had second thoughts. So how large is the centre 'coin' or can you post a picture of the piece with, say, a one or two euro coin to compare?

to CCF. It is not a real coin. It resembles a Washington quarter but isn't one. It is some kind of a jewelry piece.In the second photo at the 12 o'clock position there is a mark where a piece broke off,maybe a loope for a necklace?
