You noted cleaned/polished in your post and I agree. The harsh cleaning/polishing results in a damaged coin with VF+ to XF detail and really kills the value. It is a $50 coin as-is.

The coin appears to have high EF to AU details but definitely has been harshly cleaned.

I agree with the others, looks Good EF but harshly cleaned perhaps with a wire brush.

The marks on the neck near the hair looks like they are raised. Odd.

I suspect this is counterfeit. The raised bars on the neck, grainy pitted surfaces...

The raised bars on the neck are die clashes from the shield, clash marks are also visible under the wings. Thanks everyone for your evaluations.

This is a 1833 B-2 Rarity 3
Die state: Obverse clashed with bars at ear with rust pitting in many areas of the coin.
