Not strictly exonumatic but thought you may like to see this repusse example of the young crowned head similar to the image deplicted on the Victoria Gothic Crown from 1848 but faceing right. As this seems to pre-date the coin by over a decade I wonder what both the engraver and artist took inspiration from.

the Gothic effigy was also used on some Indian coinage.
1837 was the year of her accession.

maybe it should be the coronation head rather than gothic
