Recently I had a buyer make multiple bids on my Canadian banknotes and he won a couple of the auctions. He did not pay. He did not respond to my emails. I checked his status and he had a lot of bad reviews from other people that complained about the same situation.

Can I let you know who this individual is and you make your own decision as to whether you want to block his bids?

I am sure that there are other bidders who create problems for you when your selling or unfairly bidding up items that they have no intention of purchasing.

Can we share this information?

If you haven't already, block him from future bids.

I would be careful about disclosing a buyer's identity, it could open a legal can of worms. With such a disclosure you are saying he/she is guilty of fraud and sometimes there could be a good reason the person never replied (e.g. death in the family, illness, etc).

But make you always file a UPI claim to ensure: 1) You get back your sellers fees for the unpaid item 2) It flags the "delinquent buyer" to other potential sellers.

You can also filter buyers with "bad behavior" (not visible to the seller) by placing requirements on your items.
