Check my reasoning on the 1876 Quarter. For the same reason I grade UNC Details again.
Sad to see a beauty like this ruined :(

Looks like it might be a proof and as such I'd grade it PR62. It's a beautiful piece. If it is a polished business strike then MS Details are in order.

I'm with BH1964: I think this is a Proof coin and therefore I'm also going with PR-62.

IMO, if this coin has been cleaned, it was done well.

This coin is a stunner!

The pictures look strange. I would need pictures in more natural lighting to offer a fair opinion

ds, no die crack through the stars but there are die cracks on the reverse through the tips of the arrows and connecting the letters RICA as well as one from the H up through the leaves to almost the first letter in UNITED. I also considered there was a chance that this was a proof when I bought it.

Die cracks would probably preclude this from being a proof.
