I posted a lot a couple months back and hoping admin or someone on this site can help answer this question. My aunt inherited a large coin collection. About half has been sold to a dealer. It has taken 5 1/2months to sell what we have. We have held some back and need to sell the rest. A good many members on this site has been extremely helpful during that time in answering my questions about coins. I am now ready to take on selling the second half (more relaxed, lol) but wanted to know how I could sell coins on here? I remember you have to be a member for so long and have so many posts. Can someone guide me and give me that info and let me know if I meet the criteria and how selling here works please. Thanks. |

You have to have 250 posts to sell on CCF. I believe you also have to be a member for 90 days, so you should have that covered. Just get your post count up!

You need 250 QUALITY posts in order to sell. Don't just start posting for the sake of getting your post count up or the admins won't consider them as quality posts.

I think I will have sold all the coins by then. And by that time, I will have enough knowledge to have the "quality" and "quantity". lol until then, my posts will be all question asking since I'm still in the learning phase. Too bad, I have a lot that I feel we all could gain here. Me, for selling and members here that add to their collection. Rules rules rules.

Perhaps, if you live local to another member with more than 250 posts, you could consign to them for a small fee and have them sell for you.

The rules are in place for all members as set forth by CCF.
Your posts must be quality posts so by putting "nice!" or "fun!", will not add to your post count and admin reserves the right to adjust post count accordingly.
