Hi everyone, I just plucked this 1893 Spanish Peseta from a dealer's melt bin. I thought that it was not a bad piece, but I didn't assume that it was rare or valuable when I bought it. According to NGS's website (http://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/...1-duid-32836 ) this coin is worth $125 in VF. How could that be? Is this way off? Or are these actually rare for some reason, such as melting? Thanks!
moneditis- Well, most coins of this type less than EF have major wear to the stars. Luckily, this coin was only minted in 1893. So all 1893 coins have 1893 on the stars.
I know. Unreadable stars are an indicator of wear. MBC as much Take a look for prices in todocoleccion.net or ebay.es No more than 50 € +-10€ Still waiting weight of the coin You welcome
