There's really not much to go on Kommodore!
However, you might be right. The first image appears to show the quartered shield and harp that you find on coins of Charles I.
From the weight my guess is that it
could be a heavily clipped halfcrown. The outer legends have been removed completely (to save the silver) leaving it not much bigger than a shilling.
The obverse (right hand image) shows the remains of an equestrian portrait of the king. A bit like this:
However what detail I can see seems very crude and the square topped shield doesn't look quite right. My guess is perhaps you have a contemporary (ie 17th century)counterfeit that was deliberately trimmed and defaced to enable it to pass as a coin. In which case the silver may well be debased too. I've seen such things before.
