The only picture-taking thing I have now is my scanner, is it good enough to give a grade or see varieties? I know my scanner isn't very good...

Now I can take a photo this is what it looks like, probably even lower. Almost look cleaned even. That obverse has really harsh scratches.

Wow... almost hard to believe that is the same coin... but the major scratches match. This should be a good lesson for those who purchase coins based on scanned images on ebay (such as asyn)...

Problem with my scanner is that it blows up the scan into a massive blurry picture if I'm scanning coins. The original width is 882 pixels. Paper gets scanned well, but not coins.
So, what is the final grade for this? It has to be XF or AU details.

Maybe I'll start carrying this around to make it "market acceptable".
