Top one, MS-64 Cameo business strike.
Bottom one, MS-63 (should be an MS-64, but that reverse has a few harsh digs).

Because the second coin doesn't qualify as a cameo, is there a measure of how much "frost" should be there?
Might have been able to grade a point higher, only if they didn't come from a plastic bag all 30 of them :(
