Im gonna say no for I'm not really seeing the nice tail thickness. All the numbers and letters have a mushy look and I think that's where you think this is a doubled die. I'm curious what did you do buy a huge lot of Wheaties? Everything I seen you post lately is a Wheat cent RPM or DDO.

Hard to say what it is. The devices look flattened and possibly the coin was reprocessed. The mint mark is so different than the 007.

The miss shaped devices can make nothing to stand out. All are distorted. Unlike your 1946 DDO, all devices on the 1943 look distorted. Indicating damage to me.
