Yep. That's the old Monetarium logo. Here's another Monetarium-wrapped sov sold by WAcoins.

I think it's an MS-60 or 61, even though it may be MS, it's not a clean coin per say.

MS 62 , not worth slabbing if you paid more than $400 for it

Looks 58. Notice the break in the lustre on the obverse in the open fields.

I finally got back home from an extended stint and picked the coin up.
I can't see any wear on the coin and the lustre is intact, The only thing wrong is a fair bit of "Chatter"in the fields on the Obverse.

one of the first elements to show wear is the strap on George's greave. In this pic, I think the light is at the wrong angle to clearly determine the question.

Except for George's helmet, all of the other design elements look good.

I'd categorize your "chatter" as bagmarks - which do not detract from it being "uncirculated", although, of course, less bagmarks is more desirable.

I added another OTT light to the setup to improve the lighting.

I haven't quite got the hang of my new DSLR camera setup yet But the 24 megapixels help when trying to get the finer detail on an image
Just need to pay more attention to the lighting and background colours.

I just came across this image and the coin looks like it has more hits on the focal points than my coin.
I may have a chance of getting a MS63 grade for the 1899 coin
