Both the pennies are damaged unfortunately, the 1980 LMC isn't worth anything outside of intrinsic value and the 1903 indian would be worth up to a dollar or two if you find the right buyer

Counter struck coins - there is a market for these. I couldn't say what the value might be without browsing ebay, but there are a few that folks look for in particular (free mason symbols if I recall correctly). Neat coins!

Except for very specific counterstamps (e.g. chop marks on Trade dollars, freemason cents) counterstamped coins are generally considered damaged coins. Literally anyone can make them, so very few counterstamps are collectible in their own right.

Unfortunately the coins are worth very little but are cool curiosities. Maybe this could be the start of an IHC ( Indian Head cent)collection.
