The coin looks to have been conserved at some point to address the problem, they did a pretty good job. The coin appears to be in mint state but the pics are a little fuzzy, especially the reverse. Problem examples with uncirculated details have auctioned for roughly in the $100-130 ballpark on Heritage. The most recent MS-60 details: recolored in an ANACS slab sold for $129.25 on 3/3/13.
