Okay so I do a little metal detecting on my Free time I came across this coin like object on the beach yesterday after a big storm came through a few days befor, it's about the size of a dime and has only a little detail left on the front the reverse is completely worn smooth. Any of you guys have any ideas about it?

It's probably a medal or token, other than that I haven't a clue. What does the other side look like?
