There were over 32,000 high relief 1922 Philadelphia dollars struck. On a single example is known today. It was found in a group of circulated coins. The easiest way to spot the high relief coin is to look at the spike just to the right of the E in LIBERTY. On a regular 1922 dollar that spike extends up to the level of the middle bar of the E. On the high relief that spike just reaches the top edge of the bottom bar of the E. There are other differences but that one is an arms length difference. If you can find clear pictures of a 21 and a regular 22 you should be able to see the difference easily.
Lets try these.
