Unfortunately this is a fake, made to look like a Nero Tetradrachm. We actually had a die match to this turn up last week.

thanks! I have this coins for over 45 years it was in my unknow coins box! I opened it last week-end with my kids and was wondering wath it was....It still a nice heavy coin, and will be good history lessons with them.....but still questionnable...fake from when? and why?my Grand-mother had it from a grand uncle and give it to me when a was little around year 1969.. I collect since before a could read, and everytime I openned my collection it's time travel...Fake or real it's still nice to have it in my collection! Thank you for the infos!!
