Purchased this coin today. I think I have it identified to the catalog. I like it but I am partial to Byzantine History. Heraclius Contantine's face doesn't have much detail but there is some legend left.

SB 853 Heraclius and Heraclius Constantine, AE 12 Nummi, Alexandria. 610-641 AD. dd MM h hERAC, Heraclius, bearded, on left, and Heraclius Constantine, no beard, on right, busts facing, each wearing crown with cross, and chlamys; sometimes with cross between their heads / Large cross potent on two steps, I to left, B to right; mintmark ALEZ. SB 853, DOC 189.

Oh I like your choice! Most of these bronzes are really beat and or overstruck by later emperors. A very histrioniclly signicant time period.

very nice looking coin AR, a 12 nummi is on my to get list.

here's my favorite Heraclius and h. Constantine...a very overstruck coin. like yours, kind of a weird byzantine mint...sicily.
