I know Caesar said, Veni Vidi Vici, I'm going to have to translate that to: Saw It Liked It Bought It. Don't usually buy Morgans unless I need one for my year+ set, but with the off-center strike and cracks I fell in love at first sight.

Yeppers, that is a late die state coin. Back then, especially in the branch mints they tended to get every last bit of use before retiring a die. Now they have a maximum amount of strikes and they are automatically retired, but that doesn't completely eliminate die cracks from appearing on coins.
