It is currently difficult to determine from the photos if the abnormalities above the 'E PL' are a result of shadowing or MD( Machine Doubling). The current appearance over the 'E PU' would instantly change after the rotation if it was a shadowing effect only... mdpmedia Report this Post to the Staff

If this were hub doubling it would be enlarged, not reduced. It is flat shelf like what we see when the machine damages the devices of your coin.
