1943-P War Nickle Missing The "I" In Monticello

I was going through my war nickle extra's tonight and pulled a few that looked nicer than the rest. One in particular looked like it might have full steps so I took a picture of it and then I noticed something funky...the "I" in Monticello was virtually gone. The coin is a 1943-P

I'm not a big modern guy unless you count wheat pennies modern but I was wondering, How rare/odd of a coin is this? Does it have any value?
