No Date Lincoln Memorial cent Mid Stage Brockage Obverse

I have wanted one for a long time and finally got one of these of ebay tonight that was not out of my budget.


I am no expert so hopefully its a real one and not a press job...

I believe this is created when the raised design is transfer onto the die cap and then is struck through die cap leaving the raised design?

Any Comments, Suggestions, or feedback welcome.

I actually had that on my watch list to see what it would bring. I think you paid a decent price for it. It does have 2 spots that makes it look like it need some conservation. Still, a nice pick up.

brockage and a saddle struck are the last two on my list to fill up a full page of common error types for my dansco album for Lincoln Cent.

Last few times I tried to get one off ebay they went for to much..

prybob $41 seamed good with the spots most full brokage are BID $100-$145
