oih92w8 great looking 1859 quarter 1859 Half Dime with "hollow" stars, a one year type obverse struck at the Philadelphia Mint only. The New Orleans 1859 Half Dime used the same obverse type dies used since 1840. In 1860 the legend was moved to the obverse from the reverse.
