Great question!!

We need to have a category that hasn't been done recently. That rules out quite a bit of the Classic US coins, since we just did 100 years of the 19th Century.

We could have Standing Liberty quarters, Mercury dimes, Walking Liberty half dollars, Franklin half dollars, Peace dollars or maybe Eisenhower dollars (to name a few. (Don't get mad if I didn't include your favorite coin type!!).

Thoughts?

Since this the "U.S. Classic Coin" section, it would eliminate Eisenhower dollars.

US Colonials, Half Cents, Large Cents, Flying Eagle cents, Indian cents, Two Cents, Three Cents, Half Dimes, Shield nickels, Liberty V nickels, Buffalo nickels, Mercury dimes, Twenty Cents, Standing Liberty quarters, Walking Liberty half dollars, Trade dollars, Morgan dollars, Peace dollars, Flowing Hair Coinage, Bust Coins, Seated Liberty coinage, Barber coinage, Gold Coins

How about continuing on from 1901 through 1945 in the coins listed above only. No Lincolns, Jeffersons, or Washingtons.

oih82w8 has a good point. I just listed a few coin types off the top of my head.

Here's the list of Classic US coins by CCF definition:

How about continuing the date thyme through the last date of classic coins 1947, or the last date of circulating silver 1964?
