Looks like a LDS specimen. It doesn't appear to align with any of the minor DDO varieties.

Looks like what used to be referred to as the "Poor Man's Double Die". A very tired die pair with the signature die crack through Lincoln's head. I think there is actually more than one die pair that reached this point as I've seen different die cracks.
