Here's another coin I picked up at the big show.

This one is slabbed. It took a bit of work to get a decent photo. That plastic seemed determined to foil my efforts.

They're like the "Black Beauty nickels", they were heated for too long. Planchets are heated before striking to soften the metal and this one was heated for too long.
