I did get a response:
Hi, sorry for the confusion and thanks for catching this. The coin
pictured is the coin up for auction. The Title was a remnant from
a previous template as was the Description heading. We list a lot
of coins (about 2,000 / month) and sometimes, like all human
beings we make mistakes. Try listing a couple thousand coins
next month and you'll see what I mean. Anyway, we both know
the two-cent piece is a VF+ or an XF. You also may or may not
know that we can't change the title or description within 12
hours of an auction ending. Sorry for the confusion, and by the
way, I love your sense of sarcasm. Seriously and sincerely, Mike
aka vicbrenner Q: Your listing looks to be an example of How
Not to Grade a Coin. A little more accuracy in your grading
would be better for you and for the hobby. If that coin is a Mint
State 63 then I'm a little school girl in pigtails
