I've been looking at some notes on the net, but I think my tastes is running a little high.

What do you guys think is a fair price for a crispy $500 McKinley note?

They have gone up dramatically in price in the last couple of years. Unless they are rags they are often going for over 1K now. I would like a 1K note also, but the nice ones go for about 2.3K on up.

I have seen some on ebay that aren't all that bad ranging from $800 to $1,000. But I have also seen some for a lot more than that.

It depends on your standards for U.S. Paper Money. But if your looking for a "crispy" note, I would say that it would be over $1,000.
