Tough one, I can't tell if the coin has environmental damage. If it doesn't I would pay $35, if it does, maybe $15. With dealer mark up, that would put the wholesale in the range of roughly $10-$20. Conservatively, $7-$15.

Thank you westwood arms! I got this from ebay for $10 incl shipping.

Also, its color is gray- silver. Looks natural for a silver coin. The yellow tint is the lighting.
