I love early copper and needed to give this one a home. It worked so hard for our country in the early days as a coin and possible a screw driver.

I'd appreciate your comments and grade!

All the pitting is making it very hard to grade. I will say VG details

I am seeing an admittedly worn coin, with some light surface corrosion, and edge taps, BUT which does retain a nice overall appearance.
I suspect that more detail may be hiding below surface deposits (gunk). An acetone bath may help.
Grade-wise I think F12/VG8, where the reverse is, as usual, more lightly struck than the obverse.

Nice of you to give that lovely lady a home.
Attractive despite the corrosion. F Details.

F15 details. Really close to 20 as you have srperation of the forehead and hair as well as detail in the bow. Not bad

Fairly corroded which makes it hard to grade. If you want to be real technical about it I'd say F-15 Details but really it's a G-4 coin.

Obverse has VF details and while the reverse are often much weaker than the obverse, the details may still be pulled down a bit by the lack of details due to the corrosion. F-15 details or thereabouts.
