Hi sorry for the posts regarding Canadian pennies, I got given an album and my knowledge is not that great.

Could someone comment as to whats going on at 11 oclock in this image? Is it a die problem?

All good I found out what it is... a retained broken die...

Next question, does this help the value of the coin in any way?
