The dime and the quarter look sanded down.
The loonie is interesting, what is its weight and what does the edge look like? Might be a wrong planchet, or someone filed down the edges then plated it. Better pics would help.

the loonie weighs 4 grams and I the edge is normal for about 35% and the rest doesn't seem to have any edge...maybe sanded down?

I see quarters like this a lot in the rolls I go through, maybe 1 or 2 for every $100 I go through. I attribute this to being used in coin-op machines. I may be wrong, but whatever the cause, they are not mint errors, and definitely not worth more than face value.
The dime, is it thinner, and larger diameter? could this be flattened? I think this image would need to be larger fro anyone to really help you with this one. Getting the weight, and maybe a side by side image with a normal dime for reference. I also assume this is magnetic, correct?
The loonie, is it magnetic? if it is not, then we have a possible silver coin? (I believe this was made in silver and sold by mint, but not 100% sure) it could be environmental, or it could be an experiment to electro plate a coin.

Can you get a more accurate weight? A quarter weighs the closest at 4.4g, but that 0.4g is a big difference in weight. Can you get closer pics, especially on the obverse?
Edit: Sterling silver lucky loonies exist but they are struck in proof with colour on the reverse. I highly doubt this is one of them.

The loonie if not silver, looks like a nice wrong planchet, maybe struck on a quarter if so really cool error and worth quite a bit. Take it to a large coin or bullion dealer near you that has access to an arf and get the coin xrayed for it's composition this give you your answer and value. The other coins the dime looks like a Dryer Coin and the 25 cents the plating is wearing off.

I should've explained, the obverse is the "heads" side, and the reverse is the "tails" side. Could we have pics of the other side of the loonie too?
The rim fades out, the planchet is definitely too small. The side with no rim is thinner than the side with rim right?

Yes. The side with the rim is quite thicker than the other side. Thanks for taking time to look/help.

The loonie looks like struck on a wrong planchet, if you can prove it's on a quarter, it's worth a lot more than a foreign planchet, you need an xray

If you could get a more accurate weight (at least to 1 decimal) that would be useful to determine if this is a wrong planchet. Also, Is that copper showing on top of "bet" in Elizabeth and under the RCM logo? Edit: john100 is right, you can do an XRF test to see if the coin is from a quarter MPPS planchet. That's the most conclusive way.

I weighed it again and my scale still states 4 grams. I put a quarter on the scale, same result 4 grams. I never noticed the rust color by the "bet" but there is a rust color there and on a couple of the beads.

I'm not sure if this will be useful now as of now, but perhaps you can go to a jeweler and ask them to weigh this for you accurately. Is the colour more like rust or copper?
I'll help you again later, I'm sleepy now and I don't want to make a mistake.

I think a closer pic of the obverse might be helpful. If you crop the pic to just around the coin only, you can have a bigger one in less than 100kb.
Can you tell if from the colour near "bet" if it is rust or copper? If not, which is it nearer to? Also, if you can get a more accurate weight, please post it.

I decided to list the coins/note on ebay...I'm not a collector so maybe someone else can figure out if there is errors or not. Thanks for all the help.
