All I see is a die crack...not a repunched mintmark. Your image is very grainy and needs work to be able to tell anything about the coin.

Moonshine, I think the coin has taken a "hit", and also has a bit og MD. I don't think it id RPM It has seen better days. I'm no expert, but that is my 2-cents worth.
