Do the three RCM boutiques have coins on sale or any special discounts? Is it worth visiting to check for RCM lower prices?

I have been going to the Vancouver Mint Boutique since they opened in 2010 for the Olympics and they never had a sale or discount. They have coin exchanges and special events like the Chinese New Year. That's about it.

They have plenty of unsold coins, which I presume they end back to the Mint after a certain period of time.
