1989-p found today? Is it off enough to classify as an error? Reverse is 100% normal

If the reverse is normal, it's a MAD, or misaligned die.

Does this add any extra value? Is it worth throwing in a 2x2?

I have now found 2 both 1989-p. Picked from different rolls. The second isn't as drastic but definitely not normal wear. I'm assuming not to rare of an error lol.

These are common and minor MAD's typically don't have much value over face if any. Still interesting though, 2x2 it until you find a better one!
