I came across these while I was working on my album and put them on the side because they looked strange to me. Are these actual errors or am I just seeing things?

"I" missing in LIBERTY?

62-D=grease filled die or PMD
74=If only the obverse is off then it is a MAD if both sides are off then it's an off center strike
43=grease filled die,common

Even if both sides are off it is still either a MAD or an slightly uncentered broadstrike, it is not an off-center until part of the design is missing.

Thank you Conder101. So would that be an uncentered broadstrike "in" collar?

You can't have a broadstrike in collar. The definition of a broadstrike is a coin struck without the collar present. Broad strikes can be centered or uncentered, A centered broadstrike is exactly what it sounds like, the coin was struck centered on the planchet and the planchets expands evenly around the coin. On an uncentered broadstrike the planchet is struck off to one side, but all of the design is still on the planchet. If part of the design is off the planchet, it is an off-center strike. Centered, uncentered, and off-centered.

the degree of off center I see on the 1974 is super common from my experience. I see it all the time in the early 70s cents (particularly 1974 and 1972)

The 1962 seems actually farther off-center than the 1974 - see how TRUST is blending into the rim. The "I" is a postmint hit, I think, but it's an interesting coin all the same.

O.K. Another question,if there is no collar then the coin should be larger then 19mm? How does it then fit through the counting/wrapping machines? Thanks again.

The 1974 looks like a MAD coin. An image of the reverse would help to see if the reverse is normal or not?
