I've never attempted to grade coins other than US, so I'm looking for opinions as to the grade of this 1912-H One Penny. Also, what do you think it's worth?

In the British grading system, this coin would be about VG (Very Good), the equivalent in Sheldon would be F12.

I used the Seated Liberty half dollar design to compare it with.
