Ok the doubles that double the eyelids are on my list to find (class IV?) they elude me!...anyway, opinion of this 2003 D?

Well it is not a doubled eyelid. The design is all wrong for the hub to make that. Gas bubble? Slight split plating. You would have to look closer to see if the plating is disturbed of if it can be flattened? Seems like it was common on one year, but I can't find any examples right now. I would save till we know more about it.
