Is the rare coin market still down? I know that it is recommended to sell silver coins end of this year for silver prices are going up, but is it still a good time to buy rare coins? Or is it too late?

The PM market prices for Silver have little effect on the values of scarce/rare Silver coins.
I enjoyed it when the price of Silver went crazy that is when some rather nice coins were able to be had amongst some bulk lots due to the sellers not knowing what they were selling and were just "Cashing in" on the spot price.
