QEthree New Member United States 7 Posts	Posted 10/13/2014 10:32 pm That's why I mentioned bubbles - I don't know if the design (the small peninsula of lower relief surrounded by fingers and book spine) is somehow forcing trapped gas into certain areas. As far as doubling, the extra thumb is the only anomaly - nothing else is doubled. At any rate, it was neat to find! Report this Post to the Staff
Tryna Pillar of the Community United States 937 Posts	Posted 10/14/2014 11:58 am From what I have read this is not doubling. The explaination I last read was that the hub strikes the die only once. The die face is slightly hemispherical and the hub slipped slightly as it contacted the high point. The auther refused to acknowledge it as doubling but did not give it a name.
