All - Please look at these pictures. This was found by my dad - he is much more in tune with doubled dies than I am. He thinks he has found a possible new DDO. Coin is in great shape - AU 55 or so. Appears to be strong doubling on date and LIBERTY. Please let us know what you think. Thanks!!

Should we send this off to someone to look at and confirm its a new one?

Any indication as to who we should send it to?

Spoke w Brian Ribar of Doubleddie.com regarding this. Sent him pictures. We are going to send it in for attribution. Keep ya posted. He also confirmed there were no DDO for that year and mint, so first of its kind if it ends up being the real deal

Well - it turns out this coin was attributed as the first DDO for 42D nickels.

Based on Brian's info, looks like it is a DDR as well and likely a D over D. So a trifecta.

Thanks for everyone's help on this.
