It looks like its a 1936 bar ten cent. Hopefully the pictures show enough detail. What do you guys grade it? and if anyone knows the value, I would like to know as well.

Yes, definitely a 'bar' variety.

VF30, ef40 trending $50 to $60.

ICCS however does not recognize the bar variety for the 10c.

I have a 1917 10c ms65 ICCS graded coin that has a very strong 'bar'.

Many other dates for the KGV quarters exhibit this 'bar' but I'm not too sure if other 10 cent dates do.

Nice, but calling these 10 and 25 cent 1936 bar varieties is a touch of a misnomer. A better description is die break at wreath ends. If you get to search a lot of other dates in the series this die break is found in lots of different dates.
