I have just found this note amongst my small collection.

I think it is from Iceland but am not sure.

Can anybody help with identification and value please.

Yep, Iceland, issued up until WWII. My 1986 Pick catalogue lists it as number 18c, CV $70 in EF; Unc prices not given.

Actually it looks like it is 17b. $15 in Good, $40 in F and $100 in XF
