Might do better in the Classic Grading Sub Forum, but I'll venture MS61-63 for a ball park.

My thoughts exactly but there is a huge price difference; hence why I'm stuck. Grading is very difficult for me. If you had to narrow it down to two, which would you lean more towards 61/62 or 62/63 maybe I can take it out of the plastic holder and post another pic.

Hard to say with the lighting in those pix. You don't wanna sell that anyways. The great Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius once said, "The only wealth which you will keep forever, is the wealth you have given away." This means you'd be much better off gifting it to me.
