I dont see anything on that coin that tells me it is an O/CC. Unless I am completely missing something.

It's really hard to tell from those pics. There are several different O/CC varieties and it could be one of them, or it might not be one of them. This is just one of those things where once it's received by the Buyer they need to verify "it is what the Seller said it was". If it is, then okey dokey; if it isn't, then send it back.

I have my doubts that this is an O/CC. The date position is near or possibly very near and this coin does not match either VAM listing in my opinion.
