The colour is odd but it might come from the cleaning agent used.
Looks like a Follis (the "M") from either Constans II or Constantine IV (can't really make out the portrait on the obverse [and don't have my catalogue on hand] minted in the third officina (Gamma) at the Constantinople mint with regnal year 6 (?).
Hope a moderator moves this to the ancient coin forum where someone can give you a better attribution.
Good catch VK, that's why it looked so odd. I put the obverse right side up and enhanced the obverse a bit. I wish the dark crude was covering the face. My best guess is Tiberius II Constantine. SB 430
