Hey everyone. I just won this coin from an ebay auction. Link below:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Aracadius-3...047675.l2557
I had a few questions. Is it genuine? And is the information about the coin in this listing correct? How's the condition? The seller seems legit, and so did the coin, and I just wanted a consensus from the experts here. Thanks!

Arcadius from the Antioch mint. This is a nice example with some of the sand patina left on the coin. Coins from this mint are a bit more desirable than most other mints. I would grade it at aVF. (about very fine).

Very nice. Coins that size/quality of the later emperors aren't that easy to find.

Pretty good for $12. Are you just starting out collecting ancients? Definitely the kind of coin that beginners should shoot for IMO.

In that case, welcome to the local community.
And yes, a nice coin to start with.

Hotlinking images from Wildwinds does not work (blocked to avoid too much traffic for Wildwinds) - but I assume you refer to RIC#63e.
The description is right but the image seems to be a coin with rosette diadem. Yours is definitely a pearl diadem.
