Most likely Greek Imperial, perhaps someone can identify the emperor from the image.
The image of the reverse is upside down.
There is an inscription within a wreath, the end of two lines is recognisable:
- the upper ends EI (ie Epsilon Iota), while
- the lower ends H (ie Eta)
Maybe with different light/angle one can read more from the inscription.

My opinion is that is from Greece ,Peloponnesus OLYMPIA , ELIS (ΗΛΙ"') Olympic Games Founding City .
Most coins from there do have on rev. an inscription within a wreath.
I have another smaller coin from the above City ELIS (ΗΛΙ"'),and it does have on an inscription within a wreath on rev.
But I wiil wait for more experts opinions.

Looks like a Roman Provincial coin of the emperor Hadrian.

"echizento" I hav'nt seen any coin of the emperor Hadrian with an inscription within a wreath on rev.
Maybee I am wrong ?

Yes, there are quite a few - eg from Petra and from Tomis.

Can you try taking clearer pictures without the harsh glare? Also, crop them so we can see more of the coin and less of the background.
