I recently (as in Wednesday night) picked up one of these pieces, & the edge inscription has me flummoxed. Usually I expect "Nihil Sine Deo" on Romanians, but this one appears to read "Prin Statornicie La Izbanda". That would have to be Romanian rather than Latin, but it doesn't make any sense to me. Do I have the word breaks in the right place?
