Grade opinions, please. Condition seems great; color and spotting, not so much.
Is this an 'AU- environmental damage' coin? How much do the surface problems hurt the value?
Thanks for looking in. -msy

I'd go with AU details. Too much of a corrosion problem to be problem-free, but it still looks like a nice coin!

I'll go AU details. Unfortunately, imo, the damage kills the value of this one. Late dates are readily available in righteous condition. I think this is worth F-VF money.

Thanks. It's either the nicest or the second nicest one of this type I own.
Came in a small group lot. Best of the lot. Average price per coin = ~ $8.

AU details. Worth dip in acetone then Verdicare IMHO. Get that green off and the eye-appeal may well improve.
Very cool for $8-.

I'd say on the higher end of AU. But it is damaged. For 8$, nice one
